Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any finished services purchased from Sanovida. All sales are final.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your service, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Damages: We take great care to ensure that all services are delivered to you in excellent condition. However, in the rare event that something gets damaged by us, please inform us within 24 hours after services are provided. We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution as per our discretion. Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by external factors beyond our control.
